SWOT分析法在老年科临床护士带教中的创新应用

摘要

目的 研究在老年科临床护士带教中应用SWOT分析法的临床效果。方法 此次研究筛选我院老年病科2019年2月-2022年2月期间接收的60名护理实习生, 通过电脑随机选取方式将60名护理实习生划分为观察组30名和对照组30名,对照组护生给予传统教学模式,观察组则添加SWOT分析法进行教学,将两组不同教学模式获得的临床效果进行对比。结果 两组最终结果对比显示,观察组教学质量得到显著提升,实习护生的理论知识和临床实践操作能力与对照组相比显著提升,护生的自主学习意识、风险识别能力、护理沟通能力、安全宣教能力及对教学方法满意度评分结果均优于对照组,两组各项指标结果对比差值显示具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 将SWOT分析法运用在老年科临床护理带教中,可使临床护理教学质量得到进一步提升,提高护生的学习积极性、临床护理相关知识的掌握度以及护理综合能力。

Abstract

Objective To study the clinical effect of SWOT analysis in geriatrics clinical nurse teaching.
Methods This study screened 60 nursing interns received by the Geriatrics Department of our hospital from February 2019 to February 2022. 60 nursing interns were randomly selected into the observation group (30) and the control group (30). The control group was given the traditional teaching mode, and the observation group was added with SWOT analysis method for teaching. The clinical effects of the two groups of different teaching modes were compared.
Results: , according to the results of two groups of final teaching quality of observation group was significantly increased, the practice of theoretical knowledge and clinical practice of nursing students operation ability significantly increased compared with control group, nursing students ability of autonomous learning awareness, risk identification, communication, ability of safety education, nursing, and the result of the method of teaching satisfaction score were superior to control group, The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The application of SWOT analysis method in geriatric clinical nursing teaching can further improve the quality of clinical nursing teaching, improve the learning enthusiasm of nursing students, the mastery of clinical nursing knowledge and comprehensive nursing ability.
