综合护理在老年精神病患者饮食安全护理中的应用

摘要

目的 分析综合护理在老年精神病患者饮食安全护理中的应用效果。方法 此次实验对象为老年精神病患者,入院时间均在2020.03月至2022.03月,入选患者共84例,利用电脑盲选法分组分为对照组(常规护理,n=42)与实验组(综合护理,n=42)。对比分析两组的饮食依从性、饮食意外事件发生情况及心理状态。结果 在饮食依从率上,实验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。在饮食意外事件发生率上,实验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。在SAS评分与SDS评分上,实验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对老年精神病患者实施综合护理干预后,对提升患者的饮食安全具有促进作用,临床可进一步推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing in dietary safety nursing of elderly patients with mental illness.
Methods The subjects of this experiment were elderly mentally ill patients. The admission time was from March 2020 to March 2022. A total of 84 patients were selected. They were divided into control group (routine nursing, n=42) and experimental group (comprehensive nursing) by computer blind selection method. Nursing, n=42). The dietary compliance, occurrence of dietary accidents and psychological state of the two groups were compared and analyzed.
Results The dietary compliance rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of dietary accidents in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). In SAS and SDS scores, the experimental group was lower than the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   After comprehensive nursing intervention for elderly mental patients, it can promote the improvement of patients' dietary safety, and it can be further promoted and applied in clinical practice.
