Application of auricular acupoint pressing seed and TCM emotional nursing in palliative nursing ofadvanced breast cancer
耳穴压籽加中医情志护理在晚期乳腺癌姑息护理中的应用

摘要

目的 探讨耳穴压籽联合情志护理干预措施应用在乳腺癌的临床方法及效果。方法 选取2019年1月至2022年1月我院接受姑息治疗的患者82例进行研究分析。82例患者基于不同护理方案划分为两组。常规组应用姑息治疗期间常规护理，实验组应用耳穴压籽和情志护理服务模式。对比并发症指标、情绪指标以及生活质量。结果 实验组并发症显著低于常规组，P＜0.05。实验组情绪指标干预后明显优于常规组，P＜0.05。实验组患者的生活质量在干预2周时明显优于常规组且住院时间明显低于常规组，P＜0.05。结论 耳穴压籽联合情志护理干预对乳腺癌的护理效果显著，能够有效缓解患者的焦虑与抑郁情绪问题，能够有效降低并发症风险，对患者预后生活质量的推动效果明显，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical methods and effects of auricular acupoint seed pressing combined with emotional nursing intervention in breast cancer.
Methods A total of 82 patients receiving palliative care in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected and analyzed. Eighty-two patients were divided into two groups based on different nursing regimens. The routine group received routine nursing during palliative treatment, and the experimental group received ear acupoint seed pressing and emotional nursing service mode. Complications, mood and quality of life were compared.
Results The complications in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group, P < 0.05. After intervention, the mood index of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the conventional group, P < 0.05. The quality of life in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the conventional group at 2 weeks of intervention, and the length of hospital stay was significantly lower than that in the conventional group, P < 0.05.
Conclusion   Auricular acupoint seed pressing combined with emotional nursing intervention has significant nursing effect on breast cancer, can effectively relieve anxiety and depression emotional problems of patients, can effectively reduce the risk of complications, and has obvious promoting effect on patients' prognosis and quality of life, which is worth promoting.
