双轨路径在甲状腺良性肿瘤手术患者护理带教中的应用

摘要

目的 探讨双轨路径教育模式应用在甲状腺良性肿瘤手术护理带教方面的方法及效果。方法 特选2020年4月到2022年3月我院手术室护理带教的实习生60名进行研究分析。基于护理带教方式划分为两组。常规组单纯应用LBL教育模式,实验组应用基于PBL与LBL教育模式。对比带教成绩、实习护士对于护理带教模式的评价结果以及学生能力培养效果。结果 实验组的实践与理论带教成绩均明显优于常规组,P<0.05;实验组实习生对于带教模式的满意度评价结果明显高于常规组,P<0.05。实验组学生各项学习指标均明显优于常规组,P<0.05。结论 基于LBL、PBL的双轨路径教育模式能够显著提高甲状腺良性肿瘤手术的护理带教质量,能够有效提升护生的学习成绩与综合素质水平,有利于带教满意度的提高,值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the method and effect of the dual-track education model applied in the nursing teaching of benign thyroid tumor surgery.
Methods A total of 60 interns who were instructed by nursing in the operating room of our hospital from April 2020 to March 2022 were selected for research and analysis. They were divided into two groups based on nursing teaching methods. The conventional group was simply applied LBL education model, while the experimental group was applied based on PBL and LBL education model. The results of teaching, the evaluation results of practice nurses on the nursing teaching mode, and the effect of students' ability training were compared.
Results The experimental group's practice and theoretical teaching scores were significantly better than the conventional group, P<0.05; the experimental group's satisfaction evaluation results for the teaching mode were significantly higher than those of the conventional group, P<0.05. The learning indexes of the students in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the conventional group, P<0.05.
Conclusion   The dual-track education model based on LBL and PBL can significantly improve the quality of nursing and teaching in benign thyroid tumor surgery, and can effectively improve the academic performance and comprehensive quality of nursing students, which is conducive to the improvement of teaching satisfaction, and is worth promoting.
