分组带教模式在甲乳外科护理带教的应用

摘要

目的 探究分组带教模式在甲乳外科护理带教的应用效果。方法 筛选自2020年9月1日——2021年12月31日期间,在我院甲乳外科进行实习的护理人员54名纳入本次研究。以掷骰子方式作为分组标准,将其分成2组,即参照组(27人)和研究组(27人)。给予参照组实习护士应用传统护理带教模式,给予研究组实习护士应用分组带教模式。比较两组实习生的考核成绩以及护理核心能力,以此作为判断教学结果的指标。结果 与参照组相比,研究组人员的分项及综合考核成绩均更加令人满意,同时研究组护生的各项护理核心能力更为理想,评分更高。结论 在甲乳外科护理带教中,合理应用分组带教模式,能够在提高护生教学效果的同时,强化其各项核心综合能力,为护生的职业生涯打下坚实基础。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of group teaching mode in nursing teaching of surgical nail and breast surgery.
Methods From September 1, 2020 to December 31, 2021, 54 nursing staff who were practicing in the department of breastwork in our hospital were selected to be included in this study. The participants were divided into two groups: the control group (27 participants) and the study group (27 participants). The practice nurses in the reference group were given the traditional teaching mode, and the practice nurses in the study group were given the group teaching mode. The assessment results and nursing core competence of the two groups of interns were compared as indicators to judge the teaching results.
Results Compared with the reference group, the sub-item and comprehensive assessment scores of the study group were more satisfactory, and the nursing students in the study group had better core nursing abilities and scored higher.
Conclusion   The rational application of group teaching mode in the teaching of nursing in the surgery of breastwork can not only improve the teaching effect of nursing students, but also strengthen their core comprehensive abilities, and lay a solid foundation for the career of nursing students.
