The role of humanized nursing in breast cancer surgical treatment and nursing
人性化护理在乳腺癌外科治疗护理中的作用

摘要

目的 探讨对乳腺癌外科治疗患者给予人性化护理干预后获得临床效果。方法 选取2018年1月～201年4月收治的66例乳腺癌外科治疗患者进行护理研究；随机分为常规组（对患者给予传统护理干预）和研究组（常规组基础上，给予人性化护理干预），各33例；比较两组患者平均住院天数、护理质量评分（护理环节、专业水平、病区护理、护理效果）、护理满意度评分（护患关系、护理态度、心理护理）。结果 研究组平均住院天数（8.79±1.52）d短于常规组平均住院天数（13.65±1.79）d（P<0.05）；研究组护理环节（88.93±4.23）分、专业水平（89.72±5.29）分、病区护理（90.63±4.29）分、护理效果（91.72±5.17）分均高于常规组护理环节（70.63±5.28）分、专业水平（75.89±4.62）分、病区护理（76.39±5.88）分、护理效果（75.44±4.19）分（P<0.05）；研究组护患关系（90.44±4.29）分、护理态度（91.63±5.23）分、心理护理（89.99±5.29）分均高于常规组护患关系（70.58±2.59）分、护理态度（71.29±5.17）分、心理护理（76.25±5.25）分（P<0.05）。结论 人性化护理干预方式有效应用后，可将住院天数缩短，提高护理质量以及满意度，促进乳腺癌外科患者良好预后。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical effect of humanized nursing intervention for breast cancer patients undergoing surgical treatment.
Methods A total of 66 breast cancer patients treated with surgical treatment from January 2018 to April 201 were selected for nursing research; they were randomly divided into routine group (patients were given traditional nursing intervention) and research group (on the basis of routine group, humanized Nursing intervention), 33 cases in each group; the average length of hospital stay, nursing quality scores (nursing links, professional level, ward nursing, nursing effect), and nursing satisfaction scores (nursing-patient relationship, nursing attitude, and psychological nursing) were compared between the two groups.
Results The average length of stay in the study group (8.79±1.52) d was shorter than the average length of stay in the routine group (13.65±1.79) d (P<0.05); the study group was scored (88.93±4.23) in nursing and professional level (89.72±5.29). score, ward nursing (90.63±4.29), and nursing effect (91.72±5.17) were higher than those of routine group nursing (70.63±5.28), professional level (75.89±4.62), and ward nursing (76.39±5.88) ) points, nursing effect (75.44±4.19) points (P<0.05); research group nurse-patient relationship (90.44±4.29) points, nursing attitude (91.63±5.23) points, psychological nursing (89.99±5.29) points were higher than those of routine The scores of nurse-patient relationship (70.58±2.59), nursing attitude (71.29±5.17) and psychological nursing (76.25±5.25) in the group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   After the effective application of humanized nursing intervention, the length of hospital stay can be shortened, the nursing quality and satisfaction can be improved, and the good prognosis of breast cancer surgical patients can be promoted.
