摘要
目的 静脉血栓栓塞症（venous thromboembolisnVTE）是指血液在静脉内不正常地凝结，使血管完全或不完全堵塞，属静脉回流障碍性疾病。方法 VTE预防主要包括基础预防、物理预防及药物预防。结论 正确评估、早期预防、规范诊疗和护理，对预防VTE发生及降低患者死亡率至关重要。
关键词： 静脉血栓栓塞症；基础预防；药物预防
Abstract
Objective Venous thromboembolism (VTE) refers to the abnormal coagulation of blood in the vein, which causes the blood vessel to be completely or incompletely blocked. It is a venous return disorder disease. Methods VTE prevention mainly includes basic prevention, physical prevention and drug prevention. Conclusion Correct assessment, early prevention, standardized diagnosis and treatment and nursing are essential to prevent the occurrence of VTE and reduce the mortality of patients.
