摘要
目的 分析衰弱和衰弱前期老人采取营养和康复干预后产生的作用。方法 实验对象:28例衰弱老人和72例衰弱前期老人。实验时间:2020年7月到2021年10月。实验方法:根据衰弱筛查表对100例衰弱和衰弱前期老人进行筛查和分析,确定实际病情状况,制定针对性营养和康复干预方法。实验根本目的:随访评估,分析干预前、干预后衰弱和衰弱前期老人病情改善状况。结果 衰弱前期和衰弱老人干预后衰弱指标人数方面显著少于干预前,(P<0.05)。衰弱前期和衰弱老人干预后QOL评分显著高于干预前,(P<0.05)。结论 对于衰弱与衰弱前期老人采取营养和康复干预能够改善症状,提高老年人生活水平,值得临床重视。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effects of nutrition and rehabilitation interventions in the frail and pre-frail elderly. Methods Subjects: 28 frail elderly and 72 prefrail elderly. Experiment time: July 2020 to October 2021. Experimental method: According to the frailty screening table, 100 elderly people with frailty and pre-frailty were screened and analyzed to determine the actual condition and formulate targeted nutrition and rehabilitation intervention methods. The fundamental purpose of the experiment: follow-up evaluation, and analyze the improvement of the condition of the frail and pre-frail elderly before and after the intervention. Results The number of frailty indicators in the pre-frailty period and the frail elderly after the intervention was significantly lower than that before the intervention (P<0.05). The QOL scores of pre-frail and frail elderly after intervention were significantly higher than those before intervention (P<0.05). Conclusion Nutrition and rehabilitation interventions for the frail and pre-frail elderly can improve symptoms and improve the living standards of the elderly, which deserves clinical attention.
