Effect analysis of comprehensive nursing intervention measures in operating room nursing
手术室护理中实施综合护理干预措施的效果分析

摘要

目的 研究手术室护理中实施综合护理干预措施的效果。方法 选取2020年9月－2021年9月进行外科手术的60例患者，采用电计算机盲选法将其分为两组，即为研究组与对照组，各30例。对照组患者实施常规护理措施，研究组患者实施综合护理干预，对比两组患者护理前后的心理状态、术中心率与血压变化、不同时间段体温变化、护理满意度。结果 实施不同护理措施后，研究组焦虑（HAMA），抑郁（HAMD）评分更低；术中心率、血压指标优于对照组；手术开始30min与手术结束后实验组体温高于对照组；研究组护理满意度93.33%，对照组70.00%，研究组高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 外科手术患者实施手术室综合护理干预效果更理想，能够促使手术顺利完成。

Abstract

Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in operating room nursing.
Methods 60 patients who underwent surgery from September 2020 to September 2021 were divided into two groups by computer blind selection, namely the study group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. The patients in the control group implemented routine nursing measures, and the patients in the study group implemented comprehensive nursing intervention. The psychological state, the change of intraoperative center rate and blood pressure, the change of body temperature in different time periods and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.
Results after the implementation of different nursing measures, the scores of anxiety (HAMA) and depression (HAMD) in the study group were lower; The operation center rate and blood pressure index were better than those in the control group; The body temperature of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group 30 minutes after the operation; The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 93.33% and that of the control group was 70.00%, which was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The effect of operating comprehensive nursing intervention for surgical patients is more ideal and can promote the smooth completion of the operation.
