摘要

目的 探讨中医护理方案应用于眩晕病(原发性高血压)患者效果。方法 将我院2020年1月-2020年12月60例眩晕病（原发性高血压）患者，数字表随机法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，研究组实施中医护理。比较两组护理前后血压生化值和生活质量，并比较满意度。结果 研究组生活质量SF-36量表评分高于对照组，血压低于对照组，P＜0.05。研究组满意度高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 眩晕病(原发性高血压)患者实施中医护理效果确切，可改善患者血压，提升生活质量，提高满意度。
