Application of high-quality nursing in nursing of chronic suppurative otitis media
优质护理在慢性化脓性中耳炎护理当中的应用

摘要

目的 针对当前优质护理用于慢性化脓性中耳炎患者的效果开展深入分析，为慢性化脓性中耳炎患者的病情干预效果的提升指明改进方向。方法 选择我院2021年1月到2021年12月慢性化脓性中耳炎患者为研究对象，根据治疗的时间排序，随机数字法将60例研究对象分两组。研究组（n=30例）给予优质护理；参照组（n=30例）给予常规护理。结果 参照组的不良反应高于研究组，参照组的护理满意度低于研究组，参照组的住院时间高于研究组，参照组的住院费用高于研究组，参照组的生活质量低于研究组，参照组的临床治疗效果低于研究组，上述组间差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 优质护理在当前慢性化脓性中耳炎患者的疾病护理过程中有着积极意义，其在使用过程中可以充分改善患者疾病干预治疗效果，进一步提高当前患者护理水平，保证患者疾病症状的良好控制。

Abstract

Objective To conduct an in-depth analysis of the effect of current high-quality nursing on patients with chronic suppurative otitis media, and to point out the improvement direction for the improvement of the intervention effect of patients with chronic suppurative otitis media.
Methods Patients with chronic suppurative otitis media in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects. According to the time of treatment, 60 subjects were divided into two groups by random number method. The research group (n=30 cases) was given high-quality care; the reference group (n=30 cases) was given routine care.
Results The adverse reactions of the reference group were higher than those of the study group, the nursing satisfaction of the reference group was lower than that of the study group, the length of hospital stay in the reference group was higher than that of the study group, the hospitalization expenses of the reference group were higher than those of the study group, and the quality of life of the reference group was lower than that of the study group The clinical treatment effect of the reference group was lower than that of the study group, and the difference between the above groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   High-quality nursing has a positive significance in the current nursing process of patients with chronic suppurative otitis media. During its use, it can fully improve the effect of disease intervention and treatment, further improve the current patient nursing level, and ensure the good control of patients' disease symptoms.
