综合护理干预在牙周炎患者中的作用

摘要

目的 分析综合护理干预在牙周炎患者中的作用。方法 按照研究排除纳入要求选取本院2021年1月至2022年1月 期间的牙周炎患者80例，随机将其分为对照组（实施常规护理）和观察组（实施综合护理干预）。结果 对照组患者术后VAS、SAS、SDS、JOA评分均明显高于观察组患者，差异均有统计意义（p＜0.05）。观察组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组患者，差异具有统计意义（p＜0.05）。观察组患者健康行为平均得分明显高于对照组患者平均分，差距明显具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 通过分析，综合护理在牙周炎患者护理中的效果显著,优于传统护理方法，具有很好的临床效果，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the role of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with periodontitis.
Methods According to the exclusion and inclusion requirements, 80 patients with periodontitis in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly divided into control group (routine nursing) and observation group (comprehensive nursing intervention).
Results Postoperative VAS, SAS, SDS and JOA scores in control group were significantly higher than those in observation group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). The average score of health behavior in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Through the analysis, the comprehensive nursing in periodontitis patients nursing effect is remarkable, better than the traditional nursing method, has a good clinical effect, worthy of promotion.
