Application effect of holistic nursing in the perioperative period of elderly patientswith laparoscopic cholecystectomy
整体护理在老年腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者围手术期中的应用效果

摘要

目的 实验将针对腹腔镜胆囊切除术围术期不同护理模式进行调研，对比围术期护理中常规护理与整体护理实施效果。方法 调研方面，即2020年1月起，2021年12月止，抽取江苏省邳州市中医院救治的104患者，其经过检查符合腹腔镜胆囊切除术的指征，为保障公平，患者为盲抽，且单数为对比组，其余为对照组。对比组采用常规护理，研究组则选用整体护理。总结2组护理结果。结果 从护理结果来看，对比组并发症发生率较高，和研究组相比，差异统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在老年腹腔镜胆囊切除术围手术期护理中，应当结合整体护理措施，帮助患者对围术期的注意事项进行分析，从而使并发症发生率降低，提升患者的手术治疗安全性，具有可推广应用价值。

Abstract

Objective The experiment will investigate different nursing modes in the perioperative period of laparoscopic cholecystectomy, and compare the effect of routine nursing and overall nursing in perioperative nursing.
Methods In terms of research, that is, from January 2020 to December 2021, 104 patients treated by Pizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Jiangsu Province were selected. After examination, they met the indications for laparoscopic cholecystectomy. In order to ensure fairness, the patients were subjected to blind sampling. , and the singular number is the control group, and the rest are the control group. The control group was given routine care, while the study group was given holistic care. The nursing results of the 2 groups were summarized.
Results From the nursing results, the incidence of complications in the control group was higher, and the difference was statistically significant compared with the study group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In the perioperative nursing of elderly laparoscopic cholecystectomy, the overall nursing measures should be combined to help patients analyze the precautions in the perioperative period, so as to reduce the incidence of complications and improve the safety of surgical treatment for patients. Promote application value.
