急诊护理流程对急性脑梗死患者的急救效果

摘要

目的 急诊护理流程对急性脑梗死患者的急救效果。方法 于2020.1至2021.12选择因急性脑梗死而就诊于我科室的病人进行调研，病人入院后对其实施有效的治疗，同时配合护理干预，本次调研共纳入88例。按照护理举措，将其归纳为2个小组，每组均纳入44例。根据护理举措将其命名为常规组与研究组。常规组所采用的护理方案为传统常规急诊护理，研究组所采用的护理方案为急诊护理流程方案。总结与探究2种护理方案实施效果。结果 （1）常规组分诊时间与研究组分诊时间对照，常规组分诊时间较长，研究组分诊时间较短，两组对照，差异明显，（P<0.05）。（2）常规组生活质量评分结果与研究组生活质量评分结果对照前者较低、后者高，两组对照，差异明显，（P<0.05）。结论 急性脑梗死护理中，急诊护理流程实施效果优异，此方案值得临床应用与普及。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the first aid effect of emergency nursing process on patients with acute cerebral infarction.
Methods From 2020.1 to 2021.12, patients who were admitted to our department due to acute cerebral infarction were selected for investigation. After the patients were admitted to the hospital, they were treated effectively and cooperated with nursing intervention. A total of 88 cases were included in this investigation. According to the nursing measures, they were divided into 2 groups, and each group included 44 cases. They are named routine group and study group according to the nursing initiative. The nursing plan adopted by the routine group was traditional routine emergency nursing, and the nursing plan adopted by the research group was the emergency nursing process plan. Summarize and explore the implementation effect of two nursing programs.
Results (1) The diagnosis time of the routine group was compared with that of the research group. The routine group had a longer diagnosis time, while the research group had a shorter diagnosis time. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). (2) The quality of life score of the routine group was lower than that of the study group, and the latter was higher. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In the nursing of acute cerebral infarction, the implementation effect of emergency nursing process is excellent, and this scheme is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
