Application of pre hospital emergency nursing cooperation in the rescue of patientswith acute myocardial infarction
院前急救护理配合在急性心梗患者抢救中的应用

摘要

目的 本文主要针对院前急救护理进行分析，并对其在急性心梗患者抢救中的作用及意义进行研究。方法 抽取100例于我院在2020年1月-2020年12月间诊治的急性心肌梗死患者，均分两组进行护理研究，对两组分别采用常规急救护理（参照组）以及院前急救护理（研究组），并观察接受不同护理措施后两组患者治疗预后情况、并发症发生率情况，利用统计学处理后，予以对比分析。结果 研究组患者存活率98.00%比参照组86.00%更高，住院时间对比显示研究组住院时间较短，研究组并发症发生率对比参照组低，研究组护理方式更令患者满意，两组数据利用统计学数据包处理分析后结果有意义P＜0.05。结论 针对急性心梗患者在入院前实施急救护理措施，可使患者入院前死亡、入院后死亡、住院时间、并发症发生率均降低，从而提升患者满意度及存活率。

Abstract

Objective This paper mainly analyzes the pre hospital emergency nursing, and studies its role and significance in the rescue of patients with acute myocardial infarction. Method 100 patients with acute myocardial infarction in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected and divided into two groups for nursing research. The two groups were given routine emergency nursing (reference group) and pre hospital emergency nursing (Study Group). The prognosis and complication rate of the two groups after receiving different nursing measures were observed. After statistical treatment, the data were analyzed Comparison analysis.
Results the survival rate of the study group was 98.00%, which was higher than 86.00% of the reference group. The comparison of hospitalization time showed that the hospitalization time of the study group was shorter, the incidence of complications of the study group was lower than that of the reference group, and the nursing method of the study group was more satisfactory for patients. The results of the two groups of data were statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   the implementation of emergency nursing measures for patients with acute myocardial infarction before admission can reduce the death before admission, the death after admission, the length of stay and the incidence of complications, so as to improve the satisfaction and survival rate of patients.
