人文关怀在临床护理教学中的实践研究

摘要
目的 探讨人文关怀在临床护理教学中的实践。方法 采用抽样调查法抽选研究对象,抽样时间为2020年1月到2021年1月,抽样对象为实习的护理专业学生,抽样数量为200,将其中100例护生纳入对照组,采用传统教学模式,剩余100例纳入试验组,采用人文关怀教学方式,收集两组实习护生的临床信息并加以分析,对比两组护生的实践考核成绩、理论考核成绩、出科成绩以及对教学方法的认同度。结果 对比两组护生实践考核成绩,试验组护生实践考核成绩优于对照组;对比两组护生理论考核成绩,试验组护生理论考核成绩优于对照组;对比两组护生出科成绩,试验组护生出科成绩优于对照组;对比两组护生对教学方法的认同度,试验组护生的认同度更高,两组数据对比差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 相比于传统护理教学模式,融入人文关怀后的临床教学效果显著提升,实习护生的理论和实践成绩都明显提高,并且对教学方法的认同度较高,学习兴趣浓烈。

Abstract
Objective To explore the practice of humanistic care in clinical nursing teaching. Methods The research objects were selected by the sampling survey method. The sampling time was from January 2020 to January 2021. The sampling objects were nursing students who were intern practice. The sampling number was 200. Among them, 100 nursing students were included in the control group. Model, the remaining 100 cases were included in the experimental group, and the humanistic care teaching method was adopted to collect and analyze the clinical information of the two groups of nursing students. Acceptance. Results Comparing the practical assessment scores of nursing students between the two groups, the experimental group nursing students' practical assessment scores were better than the control group; comparing the two groups' theoretical assessment scores, the experimental group nursing students' theoretical assessment scores were better than the control group; comparing the two groups of nursing students' outpatient department The scores of nursing students in the experimental group were better than those in the control group; comparing the degree of recognition of the nursing students in the two groups to the teaching methods, the degree of recognition of the nursing students in the experimental group was higher, and the difference between the two groups of data was significant and statistically significant (P< 0.05). Conclusion Compared with the traditional nursing teaching mode, the clinical teaching effect after the integration of humanistic care is significantly improved, and the theoretical and practical achievements of the nursing students are significantly improved, and the degree of recognition of the teaching method is high, and the learning interest is strong.
