摘要
目的 探讨PBL结合CBL双规教学模式在手外伤作业治疗教学中的应用价值。方法 选择我校2020级康复治疗技术专业学生,采取PBL结合CBL双规法教学,作为实验组。选择我校2019级康复治疗技术专业学生,采取常规法教学,作为对照组。比较两组对教学方法的满意度、手外伤作业治疗教学中学生对理论知识的掌握度、手外伤作业治疗教学中学生技能操作的考核评分。结果 实验组对教学方法的满意度、手外伤作业治疗教学中学生对理论知识的掌握度、手外伤作业治疗教学中学生技能操作的考核评分高于对照组,存在显著差异,P<0.05。结论 PBL结合CBL双轨教学模式在手外伤作业治疗教学实施中效果更佳。

Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of PBL combined with CBL dual teaching mode in the teaching of hand trauma occupational therapy. Methods The 2020-level rehabilitation therapy technology majors in our school were selected, and PBL combined with CBL double-standard teaching was adopted as the experimental group. Select the 2019-level rehabilitation therapy technology majors in our school and adopt the conventional teaching method as the control group. The two groups were compared in terms of their satisfaction with the teaching methods, the students' mastery of theoretical knowledge in the OT teaching of hand trauma, and the assessment scores of the students' skills in the OT teaching of hand trauma. Results The experimental group's satisfaction with the teaching method, the students' mastery of theoretical knowledge in the hand injury occupational therapy teaching, and the assessment scores of the students' skill operation in the hand injury occupational therapy teaching were higher than those in the control group, with significant differences, P<0.05. Conclusion The dual-track teaching mode of PBL combined with CBL is more effective in the teaching and implementation of occupational therapy for hand trauma.
