产程中一对一助产士陪伴的价值

摘要

分娩的过程是新生命诞生的过程也是母体承受巨大痛苦的过程,分娩对于每一位女性而言意味着角色转变,是人生重要的转折点,分娩过程不但会引发产妇较强的生理刺激反应,同时也会对其心理造成相应的刺激反应,而产科作为产妇分娩的重要科室,其护理质量将直接关系到母婴的身心健康,乃至生命安全[1]。分娩护理是临床分娩中的重要辅助措施类型,助产士护理作为分娩护理中的一类常见护理模式,其可在经不同分娩阶段内助产护理操作后,帮助产妇调节分娩前情绪、稳定分娩配合度,以积极促进分娩[2]。为确保初产妇顺利分娩,近年来助产士全程一对一陪伴模式得到了广泛应用,以提升孕妇的安全感和信心,缓解孕妇的不良产期情绪,本文将自然分娩产程中一对一助产士陪伴产妇分娩的应用价值进行综述。

Abstract

The process of delivery is not only the birth of a new life, but also the process in which the mother bears great pain. For every woman, delivery means a change of role and an important turning point in life. The process of delivery will not only cause strong physiological stimulation response of the mother, but also cause corresponding psychological stimulation response. As an important department of maternal delivery, the quality of obstetrics care will be directly related to the physical and mental health of the mother and baby, Even life safety [1]. Childbirth nursing is an important type of auxiliary measures in clinical childbirth. Midwife nursing, as a common nursing mode in childbirth nursing, can help mothers adjust their emotions before childbirth and stabilize their cooperation degree after midwifery nursing operation in different childbirth stages, so as to actively promote childbirth[2]. In order to ensure the smooth delivery of primipara, the whole process one-to-one accompanying mode of midwives has been widely used in recent years, so as to improve the safety and confidence of pregnant women and alleviate the bad mood of pregnant women during childbirth. This paper summarizes the application value of one-to-one midwives accompanying pregnant women during natural childbirth.
