医院-社区一体化防治护理对社区解锁精神病病人康复的影响分析

摘要

目的 研究医院-社区一体化防治护理对社区解锁精神病病人康复的影响。方法 以2019年12月-2020年12月作为研究时间段，选取该段时间内20例曾进行“关锁”的精神病病人作为研究对象。对其进行医院-社区一体化防治护理，采取政府主导、多部门协作、基层组织广泛参与的管理体系，对病人开展有效护理，并观察实施医院-社区一体化防治护理后，病人的社会参与率、监护率、肇事率及护理结果。结果 经护理后，病人的社会参与率、监护率、肇事率、治疗依从性及复发情况均优于护理前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 医院-社区一体化防治护理对社区解锁精神病病人康复有着积极作用，值得推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To study the influence of hospital-community integrated prevention and care on community unlocked psychiatric patients' rehabilitation.
Methods From December 2019 to December 2020, 20 psychiatric patients who had been "locked up" during this period were selected as the research objects. The hospital and community integrated prevention and care, adopt a management system led by the government, multi-department cooperation, grassroots organizations widely involved, to carry out effective care for patients, and observe the implementation of the hospital and community integrated prevention and care, the patient's social participation rate, guardianship rate, accident rate and nursing results.
Results After nursing, the patient's social participation rate, guardianship rate, accident rate, treatment compliance and recurrence were better than before nursing, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The hospital-community integrated prevention and treatment nursing has a positive effect on the rehabilitation of psychiatric patients in the community, which is worth promoting and applying.
