脑出血昏迷患者急诊护理干预的效果分析

摘要

目的 脑出血昏迷患者急诊护理干预的效果分析。方法 于2020.1至2021.12选择因脑出血昏迷而就诊于我院急诊科的病人进行调研，本次调研共纳入88例病人。按照护理方案将其归纳为2个小组，每组均纳入44例病人。按照护理举措将其命名为常规组与调研组。常规组在本次调研中所采用的护理方案为传统产规护理。调研组则采用护理干预。总结与探究2种护理方案实施效果与优异性。结果 护理前常规组、调研组 FIM 评分结果并无明显差异，（P>0.05）.护理后常规组 FIM 评分改善，与护理前相比FIM 评分提升，与护理前相比有一定差异，（P<0.05）；护理后调研组 FIM 评分改善，与护理前相比FIM 评分提升，与护理前相比有一定差异，（P<0.05）。虽然经过护理常规组、调研组FIM 评分均有所改善，但常规组FIM 评分低于调研组，两组对照，差异明显，（P<0.05）。结论 脑出血昏迷病人护理中，急诊护理干预实施效果优异，此方案可提高病人生命质量，此方案值得临床应用与普及。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of emergency nursing intervention in coma patients with cerebral hemorrhage.
Methods From 2020.1 to 2021.12, patients who were admitted to the emergency department of our hospital due to cerebral hemorrhage and coma were selected for investigation. A total of 88 patients were included in this investigation. According to the nursing plan, they were divided into 2 groups, and each group included 44 patients. According to the nursing measures, they are named as routine group and research group. The nursing program adopted by the routine group in this investigation was traditional obstetric nursing. The research group adopted nursing intervention. Summarize and explore the implementation effect and excellence of the two nursing programs.
Results There was no significant difference in the FIM score between the routine group and the research group before nursing (P>0.05). After nursing, the routine group improved the FIM score, compared with before nursing, and there was a certain difference compared with before nursing, (P <0.05); after nursing, the FIM score of the investigation group improved, compared with before nursing, the FIM score increased, and there was a certain difference compared with before nursing, (P < 0.05). Although the FIM scores of the routine nursing group and the investigation group were improved, the FIM score of the routine group was lower than that of the investigation group, and the difference was significant between the two groups (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In the nursing of coma patients with cerebral hemorrhage, the effect of emergency nursing intervention is excellent. This scheme can improve the quality of life of patients. This scheme is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
