摘要
目的 探究分析综合护理干预对幽门螺杆菌慢性胃炎患者的护理效果。方法 选取于2020年1月至2021年1月至我院接受幽门螺杆菌慢性胃炎治疗的患者共80例，按照电脑盲选的方式，将100例患者随机分为对照组与观察组。其中，对照组患者采用常规护理的护理模式进行干预，共40例；观察组患者在对照组患者护理模式的基础上结合综合护理的护理模式进行干预，共40例。护理干预结束后对比分析对照组患者与观察组患者的护理满意度、并发症发生率、幽门螺杆菌清除率。结果 经护理干预后对比分析发现，观察组患者的护理满意度、并发症发生率、幽门螺杆菌清除率均优于对照组患者，其中P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论 在护理过程中使用综合护理干预的模式能有效提升幽门螺杆菌慢性胃炎患者的护理满意度、幽门螺杆菌清除率同时降低患者并发症发生率。是临床实践中有着良好的效果，值得推广与应用。

Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the nursing effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on chronic gastritis patients with Helicobacter pylori. Methods A total of 80 patients who received Helicobacter pylori chronic gastritis treatment in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected. According to the method of computer blind selection, 100 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. Among them, the patients in the control group were intervened by the nursing mode of routine nursing, a total of 40 cases; the patients in the observation group were intervened by the nursing mode of comprehensive nursing on the basis of the nursing mode of the patients in the control group, a total of 40 cases. After the nursing intervention, the nursing satisfaction, the incidence of complications and the clearance rate of Helicobacter pylori were compared between the control group and the observation group. Results The comparative analysis after nursing intervention showed that the nursing satisfaction, complication rate and Helicobacter pylori clearance rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Using the comprehensive nursing intervention model in the nursing process can effectively improve the nursing satisfaction and the clearance rate of Helicobacter pylori in patients with chronic gastritis of Helicobacter pylori and reduce the incidence of complications. It has a good effect in clinical practice and is worthy of promotion and application.
