摘要
目的 在上消化道出血护理中探讨阶段性健康教育的应用效果。方法 本研究将上消化道出血护理的健康教育作为主要方向。选取我院中接受治疗的上消化道出血患者为样本,从中选取160例进行详细分析,将所有患者进行纳入计算机编号软件进行排列,同时利用分组软件划分小组。小组命名为参照组和研究组,每组中获取80名患者,分别使用别常规健康教育、阶段性健康教育。护理过程中记录相关研究数据,进行分析并将其作为研究指标。结果 对患者遵医行为进行记录,发现阶段性护理后,研究组的遵医行为高于常规教育参照组,同时研究组护理满意度高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论 使用阶段性健康教育进行上消化道出血患者的护理,不仅能够提升患者的认知程度和依从性,还能够提升护理满意度,值得借鉴。

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of staged health education in nursing of upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods This study took the health education of upper gastrointestinal bleeding nursing as the main direction. The patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding who received treatment in our hospital were selected as samples, and 160 cases were selected for detailed analysis. All patients were included in computer numbering software for arrangement, and grouping software was used to divide groups. The groups were named as the reference group and the research group, 80 patients were obtained in each group, and they used different routine health education and staged health education respectively. Relevant research data were recorded during the nursing process, analyzed and used as research indicators. Results The patients' medical compliance behavior was recorded, and it was found that after staged nursing, the medical compliance behavior of the research group was higher than that of the routine education reference group, and the nursing satisfaction of the research group was higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of staged health education for nursing patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding can not only improve patients' cognition and compliance, but also improve nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of reference.
