摘要
目的 心理护理干预对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间肿瘤患者负性情绪的影响探析。方法 自2020年1月-2021年1月选择90例在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间因乳腺癌而就诊于我科室的病人进行调研，在治疗期间配合护理干预，根据护理举措将其归纳为2个小组，每组均纳入45例病人。根据护理举措将其命名为常规组与心理组。常规组在本次调研期间所采用的护理方案为传统常规护理，心理组则采用心理干预。总结与探究2种护理方案实施效果。结果 常规组护理满意评分结果与心理组护理满意评分结果相比得分较低，两组对照差异明显，（P<0.05）。结论 新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间对乳腺癌病人实施心理护理干预，此方案可改善病人负性情绪反应，此方案提高护理质量。

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention on the negative emotions of tumor patients during the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic. Methods From January 2020 to January 2021, 90 patients who were treated in our department due to breast cancer during the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic were selected for investigation, and they cooperated with nursing intervention during the treatment period. Each group included 45 patients. They were named the conventional group and the psychological group according to the nursing measures. The nursing program adopted by the routine group during this investigation was traditional routine nursing, while the psychological group adopted psychological intervention. Summarize and explore the implementation effect of two nursing programs. Results The nursing satisfaction score of the routine group was lower than that of the psychological group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention for breast cancer patients during the outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia can improve the patient's negative emotional response and improve the quality of nursing.
