中医护理在糖尿病足患者足部护理的临床应用

摘要

目的 探讨在糖尿病足患者足部护理中中医护理的应用及效果。方法 在研究开始阶段，视放糖尿病足患者为主要研究对象，主要来源于我院2021年3月－2022年3月收治的糖尿病足患者，对其中80例患者进行分析，统计所有患者的相关资料并将其纳入计算机中进行序号排列，小组划分时采用相关软件完成。小组命名为参照组和研究组，每组中获取40名患者，分别使用常规护理、中医护理。护理过程中记录相关研究数据，进行分析并将其作为研究指标。结果 将护理后的护理质量评分及患者满意度作为研究的主要内容，护理后研究组护理质量和满意度均优于参照组差异显著有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在糖尿病足患者足部护理中早期应用中医护理方法，能够有效地提高护理效果，同时对患者满意度的提升有着积极作用，有较高的应用和借鉴价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application and effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in foot care of patients with diabetic foot.
Methods At the beginning of the study, patients with diabetic foot were selected as the main research objects, mainly from patients with diabetic foot admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022, 80 of them were analyzed, and the correlation of all patients was counted. The data is included in the computer for serial number arrangement, and the group division is completed with relevant software. The groups were named as the reference group and the research group, and 40 patients were obtained in each group, who used conventional nursing and traditional Chinese medicine nursing respectively. Relevant research data were recorded during the nursing process, analyzed and used as research indicators.
Results Taking the nursing quality score and patient satisfaction after nursing as the main content of the study, the nursing quality and satisfaction of the research group were better than those of the reference group after nursing, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The early application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing methods in foot care of patients with diabetic foot can effectively improve the nursing effect, and at the same time, it has a positive effect on the improvement of patient satisfaction, and has high application and reference value.
