儿科门诊优质护理服务措施及意义探讨

摘要

目的 研究分析优质护理服务在儿科门诊护理中的作用。方法 本次实验跨越2020年10月至2022年2月这一时间段,研究人员对88例儿科门诊患者进行研究。研究人员将本次实验研究对象按照双盲对照原则分组,对照组所选44例患儿实施常规护理服务,实验组所选44例患儿实施优质护理服务,记录对照组及实验组患者亲属对护理工作所持态度、护理质量评分,并实施比较分析。结果 对照组及实验组所选患者亲属中对护理工作持非常认可及一般认可态度的人数分别为35人及41人,占组内所选患儿亲属总人数的比例分别为79.55%及93.18%,比较分析组间患儿亲属护理认可度相关数据,差异较大,(p<0.05);对照组及实验组护理质量评分分别为(70.4±8.3)分及(91.9±7.5)分,相关数据加以比较,有着较大的差距,(p<0.05)。结论 优质护理服务在儿科门诊护理中有着较为优异的表现。

Abstract

Objective To study and analyze the role of high-quality nursing service in pediatric outpatient care.
Methods This study spanned the time period from October 2020 to February 2022 in 88 pediatric outpatients. The researchers divided the subjects of this experiment into groups according to the principle of double-blind control. 44 children in the control group were selected for routine nursing services, and 44 children in the experimental group were selected for high-quality nursing services. The relatives of the patients in the control group and the experimental group were recorded. Nursing attitudes and nursing quality scores were compared and analyzed.
Results Among the relatives of the selected patients in the control group and the experimental group, 35 and 41 had a strong and general approval attitude towards nursing work, respectively, accounting for 79.55% and 93.18 of the total number of relatives of the selected patients in the group, respectively. %, the relative data of relatives of children’s nursing recognition were compared and analyzed between the groups, and the difference was large (p<0.05). The data are compared, and there is a large gap (p < 0.05).
Conclusion   High-quality nursing service has excellent performance in pediatric outpatient nursing.
