Application effect of enhanced recovery surgery concept in perioperative period of artificial femoral headreplacement
加速康复外科理念在人工股骨头置换围术期的应用效果

摘要

目的 实验将探讨加速康复外科理念在人工股骨头置换围术期的应用效果。方法 选取本院2021年3月至2022年2月接受人工股骨头置换术治疗的80例患者作为研究对象，分为2组。对照组患者围术期实行常规护理，观察组患者实行加速康复外科理念护理，对比护理效果。结果 从患者术后恢复时间上看，观察组住院时间为（6.91±1.75）d，术后进食时间为（13.16±2.73）h，首次下床时间为（35.36±3.82）h，对照组分别为（8.22±1.27）d、（16.05±1.48）h、（49.46±4.53）h，观察组明显低于对照组，对比具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。与此同时，在并发症发生率的调查上，观察组为5%。对照组为20%，差异具有统计学意义。结论 在人工股骨头置换围术期采用加速康复外科理念能够降低并发症发生率，减少住院之间，值得推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgery in the perioperative period of artificial femoral head replacement.
Methods A total of 80 patients who received artificial femoral head replacement in our hospital from March 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into 2 groups. The control group was carried out routine nursing during perioperative period, and the observation group was carried out accelerated rehabilitation surgical concept nursing, and the nursing effects were compared.
Results In terms of postoperative recovery time, the length of hospital stay in the observation group was (6.91±1.75) d, the postoperative feeding time was (13.16±2.73) h, and the first time to get out of bed was (35.36±3.82) h. Control group were (8.22±1.27) d, (16.05±1.48) h, (49.46±4.53) h, respectively, the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, the comparison was statistically significant (P < 0.05). At the same time, the incidence of complications in the observation group was 5%. The control group was 20%, the difference was statistically significant.
Conclusion   The concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery can reduce the incidence of complications and hospitalization during the perioperative period of artificial femoral head replacement, which is worthy of popularization and application.
