Effect of nursing intervention in operating room on preventing incision infection after artificial joint replacement
手术室护理干预在预防人工关节置换术后切口感染的效果探讨

摘要

目的 研究分析在人工关节置换术采取手术室护理干预对预防术后切口感染的作用效果。方法选择在我院接受治疗的80例行人工关节置换术患者展开分析，其入院时间在2019年1月到2021年1月，将其按照随机抽签法分为观察组（n=40，采取手术室护理干预）和对照组（n=40，采取常规护理干预）。观察两组的护理效果。结果 两组患者的切口感染发生率和住院时间进行统计学计算后，观察组的上述指标都要明显好于对照组，结果有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组和对照组的切口愈合情况比较差异明显，前者的甲级愈合率要明显高于后者，结果有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在人工关节置换术的治疗中，实施手术室护理的效果显著，不仅能够降低切口的感染风险，患者的伤口愈合情况更好，同时保证了护理服务质量。

Abstract

Objective To study and analyze the effect of operating room nursing intervention on the prevention of postoperative incision infection in artificial joint replacement.
Methods A total of 80 patients undergoing artificial joint replacement surgery who received treatment in our hospital were selected for analysis. Their admission time was from January 2019 to January 2021. They were divided into observation group (n=40, taking operating room nursing intervention) and the control group (n=40, taking routine nursing intervention). The nursing effect of the two groups was observed.
Results After statistical calculation of the incidence of incision infection and hospital stay in the two groups, the above indicators in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the results were statistically significant (P<0.05). There were significant differences in the healing situation. The former's grade A healing rate was significantly higher than the latter's, and the results were statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In the treatment of artificial joint replacement, the effect of operating room nursing is significant, which can not only reduce the risk of infection of the incision, but also improve the wound healing of patients, and ensure the quality of nursing services.
