Application of standardized pain nursing management in perioperative management of fractures
规范化疼痛护理管理在骨折围术期管理中的应用

摘要

目的 明确规范化疼痛护理管理用于骨折围术期患者当中的适用性。方法 随机划分60例骨折患者至2组（对照组30例仅在围术期接受常规护理管理；观察组30例则在此基础上引入规范化疼痛护理管理），而后展开组间数据对比。结果 观察组护理效果更确切，在术后疼痛缓解、并发症发生率降低、护理满意度提升方面尤为突出，呈P＜0.05。结论 骨折疾病在发生后，患者会伴随比较强烈的患肢疼痛、活动受限等症状，加之手术是一类创伤性操作，更是加重了其身心痛苦，所以要在围术期对疼痛护理管理方面加以完善，使其更为规范化、严谨化、多元化。

Abstract

Objective To clarify the applicability of standardized pain nursing management in patients with fractures during the perioperative period.
Methods A total of 60 fracture patients were randomly divided into 2 groups (30 patients in the control group only received routine nursing management in the perioperative period; 30 patients in the observation group received standardized pain nursing management on this basis), and then the data between the groups was compared.
Results The nursing effect of the observation group was more accurate, especially in the postoperative pain relief, the reduction in the incidence of complications, and the improvement of nursing satisfaction (P<0.05).
Conclusion   After fracture disease occurs, patients will be accompanied by relatively strong limb pain, limited activities and other symptoms. In addition, surgery is a kind of traumatic operation, which aggravates their physical and mental pain. Therefore, pain nursing management should be carried out in the perioperative period. Improve the aspects to make it more standardized, rigorous and diversified.
