Discussion on the nursing effect of PICC and the causes of related complications in oncology patients
肿瘤科患者PICC护理效果及相关并发症原因探讨

摘要

目的 针对当前PICC优质护理用于肿瘤科患者的效果开展深入分析，判断PICC优质护理临床意义与价值。方法 结合纳排标准后，研究人员选择2020年6月至2021年6月我院诊断并且治疗护理的100例肿瘤科患者为研究对象，将每一位患者按照入院时间进行排序，随机数字表法分为两组。研究组（n=50例）给予PICC优质护理；参照组（n=50例）给予常规护理。结果 参照组的护理满意度低于研究组，组间差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。参照组的置管质量低于研究组，组间差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。参照组的并发症发生率高于研究组，组间差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 肿瘤科患者行PICC优质护理取得了更为理想临床结局，此治疗方式适用于肿瘤科患者的临床推广，大面积使用可以提高PICC优质护理的临床价值。

Abstract

Objective To conduct an in-depth analysis of the effect of current PICC high-quality nursing on patients in oncology, and to judge the clinical significance and value of PICC high-quality nursing.
Methods After combining the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the researchers selected 100 patients in the department of oncology who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 as the research objects, and each patient was sorted according to the time of admission. The law is divided into two groups. The research group (n=50 cases) was given PICC high-quality care; the reference group (n=50 cases) was given routine care.
Results The nursing satisfaction of the reference group was lower than that of the research group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The quality of catheter placement in the reference group was lower than that in the study group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the reference group was higher than that in the study group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   PICC high-quality nursing for oncology patients has achieved better clinical outcomes. This treatment method is suitable for clinical promotion of oncology patients, and large-scale use can improve the clinical value of PICC high-quality nursing.
