摘要
目的 分析在精神科病房不良事件管理过程中实施护理质量持续改进的效果。方法 抽取2020年2月至2021年2月间我院住院病例120例为研究对象,按质量管理模式差异分为两组,每组各60例,对照组常规管理,观察组持续质量改进管理,对比分析不同管理模式对不良事件发生率的影响。结果 通过对两组患者在治疗过程中患者家属的满意度情况、患者依从性等对比,观察组均存在优势,P<0.05。观察组在研究期间发生不良事件6起,其中毁物2起、自伤1起、伤人1起、不遵医嘱用药1起、外逃1起,而对照组发生不良事件13起,毁物5起、自伤3起、伤人2起、不遵医嘱用药1起、外逃2起,P<0.05。结论 在精神科病房护理管理的过程中实施护理质量持续改进,可以有效降低不良事件的发生率,提升患者满意度,增加患者的依从性。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of continuous improvement of nursing quality in the management of adverse events in psychiatric ward. Methods A total of 120 inpatient cases in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into two groups according to the difference in quality management mode, with 60 cases in each group. The effects of different management modes on the incidence of adverse events were compared and analyzed. Results By comparing the satisfaction of patients' family members and patient compliance between the two groups of patients during the treatment process, there were advantages in the observation group, P<0.05. There were 6 adverse events in the observation group during the study period, including 2 damages, 1 self-injury, 1 wounding, 1 non-compliance with medical prescriptions, and 1 escape, while 13 adverse events occurred in the control group, and 5 were destroyed. 3 cases of self-injury, 2 cases of injury to others, 1 case of non-compliance with medication, and 2 cases of fleeing, P<0.05. Conclusion Implementing continuous improvement of nursing quality in the process of nursing management in psychiatric ward can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events, improve patient satisfaction, and increase patient compliance.
