Observation on the effect of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing intervention in infertility after tubal dredging
中医综合护理干预在不孕症输卵管疏通术后的疗效观察

摘要

目的 研究分析不孕症输卵管疏通术后护理中中医综合护理干预的作用。方法 本次实验跨越2020年6月至2022年3月这一时间段，研究人员对90例不孕症输卵管疏通术后患者进行研究。研究人员将本次实验所选研究对象按照双盲对照原则分组，对照组所选45例患者实施常规护理干预，实验组所选45例患者在常规护理的基础上实施中医综合护理干预，记录对照组及实验组所选患者术后并发症出现概率、患者VAS疼痛评分、术后半年怀孕情况，并实施比较分析。结果 对照组及实验组所选患者中分别有8人及1人出现术后并发症，占比分别为17.78%及2.22%，比较分析组间术后并发症出现概率相关数据，差异较大，（p＜0.05）；对照组及实验组所选患者术后VAS疼痛评分分别为（6.3±2.4）分及（4.1±1.5）分，相比数据加以比较分析，有着较大的差距，（p＜0.05）；对照组及实验组所选患者中术后半年怀孕人数分别为39人及43人，占组内所选患者总人数的比例分别为86.67%及95.56%，比较分析组间术后半年怀孕概率相关数据，差异较为明显，（p＜0.05）。结论 中医综合护理干预在不孕症输卵管疏通术后护理中的应用价值远远高于常规护理干预。

Abstract

Objective To study and analyze the effect of TCM comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of infertility after tubal dredging.
Methods This experiment spanned the time period from June 2020 to March 2022. The researchers studied 90 patients with infertility after tubal dredging. The researchers divided the subjects selected in this experiment into groups according to the principle of double-blind control. 45 patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention, and 45 patients in the experimental group were given comprehensive nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of routine nursing. The probability of postoperative complications, the patients' VAS pain score, and the pregnancy status half a year after the operation were compared and analyzed in the selected patients in the group and experimental group.
Results Eight patients and one patient in the control group and the experimental group had postoperative complications, accounting for 17.78% and 2.22%, respectively. The data on the probability of postoperative complications between the groups were compared and analyzed, and the differences were large. , (p<0.05); the postoperative VAS pain scores of the selected patients in the control group and the experimental group were (6.3±2.4) points and (4.1±1.5) points, respectively. Compared with the data, there was a big gap, ( p < 0.05); the number of pregnant patients in the control group and the experimental group were 39 and 43 in the six months after surgery, respectively, accounting for 86.67% and 95.56% of the total number of selected patients in the group, respectively. In the data related to the probability of pregnancy in the second half of the year, the difference was more obvious (p<0.05).
Conclusion   The application value of TCM comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of infertility after tubal dredging is much higher than that of routine nursing intervention.
