基于"ERAS"及麻醉指南在疝气优化小儿围手术期禁食时间的效果评价

摘要

目的 分析基于ERAS及麻醉指南在疝气优化小儿围手术期禁食时间的具体效果。方法 2020年至2021年期间，我院收治了84例疝气手术患儿，将其当做本次实验的对象，通过随机分配原则，分为两组，常规护理作为对照组，与基于ERAS及麻醉指南护理方式的实验组展开对比。比较两组患儿的具体疗效及护理满意率。结果 实验组的护理方式效果更好，患儿禁食时间更短，家属满意度更高，组间对比差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 基于ERAS及麻醉指南在疝气优化小儿围手术期禁食时间方面具有良好的效果，不但缩短了患儿围手术期的禁食时间，患儿情绪亦得到了良好改善，直接提升了家属满意度，故值得广泛推广。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the specific effect of optimizing fasting time in children with perioperative hernia based on ERAS and anesthesia guidelines.
Methods During the period from 2020 to 2021, 84 children with hernia surgery were treated in our hospital. They were treated as the subjects of this experiment. They were divided into two groups according to the principle of random allocation. The routine nursing was used as the control group. The experimental groups of nursing methods were compared. The specific curative effect and nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared.
Results The nursing methods in the experimental group were more effective, the children's fasting time was shorter, and the family members' satisfaction was higher, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Based on ERAS and anesthesia guidelines, it has a good effect in optimizing the perioperative fasting time of children with hernia, which not only shortens the perioperative fasting time of children, but also improves the children's mood, which directly improves the satisfaction of family members. , so it is worthy of widespread promotion.
