急诊护理流程对急性脑梗死患者的急救效果分析

摘要

目的 探索能够有效提高对急性脑梗死患者急救效率的护理方法，分析急诊护理流程对急性脑梗死患者的急救效果。方法 采用抽样调查法进行研究对象抽样，抽样时间为2018年1月到2020年1月，抽样对象为我院收治的所有急性脑梗死患者，抽样数量为200，将其中100例患者纳入对照组，采用常规护理干预，剩余100例纳入干预组，采用急诊护理流程，收集两组急性脑梗死患者的临床信息并加以分析，对比两组患者的急救时间、神经功能缺损评分、生活质量以及护理满意度。结果 分析两组患者护理前后的各项信息后可知，从干预组和对照组患者的神经功能缺损评分和生活质量评分方面进行对比，实施护理前，两组患者神经功能缺损评分和生活质量评分接近，无明显差异，无统计学意义（P＞0.05），实施护理后，干预组患者的神经功能缺损评分和生活质量评分明显优于对照组，数据对比差异明显，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；从干预组和对照组患者急救时间方面进行对比，干预组患者急救时间明显低于对照组，数据对比差异明显，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；从干预组和对照组患者护理满意度方面进行对比，干预组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组，数据对比差异明显，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 急诊护理流程能够显著提升对急性脑梗死患者的急救效率，缩短急救时间，促进患者神经功能恢复，提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

Methods The sampling survey method was used to sample the research objects. The sampling time was from January 2018 to January 2020. Conclusion   The emergency nursing process can significantly improve the efficiency of emergency treatment for patients with acute cerebral infarction, shorten the emergency time, promote the recovery of patients' neurological function, and improve the quality of life of patients.
