移动学习平台结合工作坊多元化培训在急诊临床护理培训中的应用探讨

摘要

目的 探讨移动学习平台结合工作坊多元化培训在急诊临床护理培训中的应用效果,以增强急诊护士的急救知识以及急救作技能的掌握,提高急诊护士的学习兴趣和热情,锻炼急诊护士的综合能力。方法 选取2021年1月至12月在前海人寿广州总医院参与临床护理培训的参加培训的48名护理人员,将2021年1-6月参加培训的24名护理人员作为对照组;将2021年7-12月参加培训的24名护理人员作为干预组。对照组采用传统临床护理纯线下多媒体培训模式,干预组在此基础上采用移动学习平台结合工作坊多元化培训模式,比较两组培训人员的急救理论知识成绩、急救技能、学习积极情绪的差异。结果 干预组急救知识以及急救作技能评分均高于对照组,急诊护士对教学方式的积极情绪高于对照组。结论 移动学习平台结合工作坊多元化培训在急诊临床护理培训中实施效果满意,能提升急诊护士急救知识以及急救作技能,提高急诊护士学习积极情绪。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of mobile learning platform and workshop diversified training in emergency clinical nursing training to enhance emergency knowledge and skills, improve the learning interest and enthusiasm of emergency nurses.
Methods Select 48 nurses who participated in clinical nursing training in Foresea Life Insurance Guangzhou General Hospital from January to December 2021, and 24 nurses from January to June 2021 as control group and 24 nurses from July to December 2021 as intervention group. The control group adopted the traditional clinical nursing pure offline multimedia training mode. On this basis, the intervention group adopted the mobile learning platform combined with the workshop diversified training mode to compare the differences between the first aid theoretical knowledge performance, first aid skills and learning positive emotions between the two groups.
Results First aid knowledge and first aid skills scores were higher than the control group, and emergency nurses had more positive feelings about teaching methods than the control group.
Conclusion   The mobile learning platform combined with workshop diversified training in emergency clinical nursing training, which can improve the first aid knowledge and skills of emergency nurses, and improve the positive mood of emergency nurses.
