摘要
目的 探讨人文关怀护理对慢性心衰患者护理满意度与护理质量的改善措施。方法 将我院80例慢性心衰患者,数字表随机法分二组。对照组给予常规护理,实验组实施人文关怀护理。比较护理满意度、护理质量评分、不良情绪发生率。结果 实验组护理满意度、护理质量评分高于对照组,不良情绪发生率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论 慢性心衰患者实施人文关怀护理效果确切,可有效减轻患者不良情绪的出现,提高护理质量和患者满意度。

Abstract
Objective To explore the improvement measures of humanistic care nursing on nursing satisfaction and nursing quality of patients with chronic heart failure. Methods: 80 patients with chronic heart failure in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups by digital table method. The control group was given routine care, while the experimental group was given humanistic care. Nursing satisfaction, nursing quality scores, and incidence of adverse emotions were compared. Results: The nursing satisfaction and nursing quality scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and the incidence of negative emotions was lower than that of the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion : The implementation of humanistic care nursing for patients with chronic heart failure is effective, which can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse emotions in patients, and improve the quality of nursing and patient satisfaction.
