摘要
目的 分析人性化护理对门诊输液室患者护理满意度的影响。方法 此次实验对象为来我院门诊治疗的输液患者,入选时间均在2020.02月至2022.01月,入选例数总共有120例,利用奇偶数法进行分组,分为对照组(常规护理,n=60)与实验组(人性化护理,n=60)。对比分析两组的护理满意度、心理状况、依从性、护患纠纷事件及不良反应发生情况。结果 干预后,实验组的护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,在HAMA评分与HAMD评分上,实验组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,实验组的输液依从率高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,实验组的护患纠纷事件发生率及不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对门诊输液室患者实施人性化护理干预后,对患者护理满意度的提升具有促进作用,有利于舒缓心理状况,临床可进一步推广应用。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of humanized nursing on nursing satisfaction of patients in outpatient infusion room. Methods: The subjects of this experiment were infusion patients who came to our hospital for outpatient treatment. The selection time was from February 2020 to January 2022. There were a total of 120 selected cases. They were grouped by the odd-even method and divided into the control group (routine nursing, n =60) and the experimental group (humanized care, n=60). The nursing satisfaction, psychological status, compliance, nurse-patient disputes and adverse reactions were compared and analyzed between the two groups. Results: After the intervention, the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). After the intervention, the HAMA score and HAMD score in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After the intervention, the infusion compliance rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). After intervention, the incidence of nurse-patient disputes and adverse reactions in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion : The humanized nursing intervention for patients in outpatient infusion room can promote the improvement of patients' nursing satisfaction, and is conducive to relieving psychological conditions, which can be further promoted and applied in clinical practice.
