摘要
目的 研究预见性护理对颈椎病前路手术患者术后并发症的影响。方法 将我院2020年1月-2020年12月收治的100例颈椎病前路手术患者以随机数字法进行分组，并分别采用常规护理和预见性护理干预，分析预见性护理的应用效果。结果 本次研究中实验组患者并发症的发生率显著低于对照组，但是实验组患者的护理满意度与对照组相比更高，P＜0.05。结论 预见性护理能够减少颈椎病前路手术患者术后并发症的发生率，临床效果显著。

Abstract
Objective To study the effect of predictive nursing on postoperative complications of patients undergoing anterior cervical surgery. Methods 100 patients with cervical spondylosis treated in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were randomly divided into two groups, routine nursing and predictive nursing intervention were used respectively, and the application effect of predictive nursing was analyzed. Results the incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group ，however, the experimental group of patients had a higher care satisfaction compared with the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion predictive nursing can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in patients with cervical spondylosis undergoing anterior surgery, and the clinical effect is significant.
