Analysis of risk factors and nursing intervention of venous thrombosis after PICC catheterization in cancer chemotherapy patients
肿瘤化疗患者PICC置管后静脉血栓形成的危险因素分析及护理干预研究

摘要

目的 探讨肿瘤化疗患者PICC置管后静脉血栓形成的危险因素分析及护理干预。方法 将我院2021年3月-2022年1月80例肿瘤化疗PICC置管患者，双盲随机法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，实验组实施预防性护理干预。比较两组护理前后不良心理状态得分、满意度、静脉血栓形成率。结果 实验组不良心理状态得分低于对照组，满意度高于对照组，静脉血栓形成率低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 肿瘤化疗PICC置管患者实施预防性护理干预效果确切，可减少PICC置管后静脉血栓形成，减轻患者心理负担和提高患者满意度。

Abstract

Objective To explore the risk factor analysis and nursing intervention of venous thrombosis after PICC catheterization in patients with tumor chemotherapy.
Methods: From March 2021 to January 2022, 80 patients with tumor chemotherapy PICC intubation in our hospital were divided into two groups by double-blind randomization. The control group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group was given preventive nursing intervention. The scores of adverse psychological state, satisfaction, and venous thrombosis rate were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.
Results: The score of bad psychological state of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, the satisfaction rate was higher than that of the control group, and the rate of venous thrombosis was lower than that of the control group, P<0.05.
Conclusion  : The preventive nursing intervention for cancer chemotherapy patients with PICC catheterization is effective, which can reduce venous thrombosis after PICC catheterization, reduce the psychological burden of patients and improve patient satisfaction.
