Influence of high-quality nursing on nursing quality and compliance of pulmonary tuberculosis
优质护理对肺结核护理质量和依从性影响探讨

摘要

目的 关于优质护理对肺结核护理质量和依从性影响探讨。方法 此次研究初始时间为2020年3月，截止时间为2021年3月，抽取此段时间内我院接收的肺结核患者，共60例作为本次研究对象。按照随机抓阄法均分为两组，其中30例予以优质护理，为观察组，余下30例予以常规护理，为对照组。结果 两组患者的护理总优良率分别为观察组96.67%（29/30）和对照组83.33%（25/30），具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组患者的依从性概率分别为观察组93.33%（28/30）和对照组80.00%（24/30），具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者在接受优质护理后的整体生活质量明显优于对照组，具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 优质护理对肺结核护理质量具有较好的改善效果，且患者的治疗依从性也得到了显著的提升，预后生活质量等也开始有所改善，值得推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the influence of high-quality nursing on the quality and compliance of pulmonary tuberculosis nursing.
Methods The initial time of this study was March 2020, and the cut-off time was March 2021. A total of 60 pulmonary tuberculosis patients received in our hospital during this period were selected as the research objects. According to the random lottery method, they were divided into two groups, of which 30 cases were given high-quality nursing, which was the observation group, and the remaining 30 cases were given routine care, which was the control group.
Results The overall excellent and good rates of nursing in the two groups were 96.67% (29/30) in the observation group and 83.33% (25/30) in the control group, which was statistically significant (P<0.05). 93.33% (28/30) of the observation group and 80.00% (24/30) of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05); the overall quality of life of the patients in the observation group after receiving high-quality nursing was significantly better than that in the control group, with Statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion   High-quality nursing has a good effect on improving the quality of pulmonary tuberculosis nursing, and the patient's treatment compliance has also been significantly improved, and the prognosis and quality of life have also begun to improve, which is worthy of popularization and application.
