Mind Mapping Combined With Fast Track Surgery to Optimize Perioperative Health Education
思维导图法结合快康理念优化围手术期健康宣教

摘要

目的 将快康理念融入思维导图中，探讨其对妇科腹腔镜手术患者的健康教育及护理质量的影响。方法 选取我院某病区2018年7月—9月入院行腹腔镜患者60例作为对照组；2018年10月—12月入院行腹腔镜患者60例作为观察组。对照组采用传统健康宣教模式，观察组采用快康理念下的思维导图式健康教育宣教模式，观察两组的护理效果。结果 观察组在术后患者恢复、护理健康指导依从性、围手术期健康认知以及出院满意度均优于对照组，两组差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 通过快康理念下的思维导图式健康教育模式对妇科腹腔镜手术患者实施健康宣教，能使患者提高对手术的认知，提高术后依从性，主动配合并采取积极的健康行为促进术后康复，还能构建良好的护患关系，提高患者满意度，更好地推行快速康复，值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective: To evaluate the impact of Mind Mapping Health Education for patients who had gynecological laparoscopy surgery on nursing care quality. Method Divided 60patients who admission from July to September in 2018 in one department into control group, and 60 patients who admission from October to December into experiment group. Applied general health education for control group, while applied mind mapping health education with fast track surgery. Outcome of two groups were evaluated. Result There were significant difference between two groups in recovery, adherence of health instruction, knowledge of per-operation care and satisfaction when discharge.
Conclusion   Mind Mapping Health Education for patients who had gynecological laparoscopy surgery could increase the knowledge of surgery, adherence of post-surgery care. Patients with MMHE could improve their recovery actively and built good relationship with healthcare professionals, gain higher satisfaction.
