延续护理用于膀胱肿瘤术后膀胱灌注中的作用分析

摘要

目的 探讨延续护理用于膀胱肿瘤术后膀胱灌注中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年1月-2020年12月于本院收治的200例膀胱肿瘤术后膀胱灌注患者，按照护理干预方式的不同分为两组，对照组采用常规护理干预（109例），观察组采用延续护理干预（91例），对比两组干预效果。结果 干预后，观察组治疗依从性明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组并发症率、复发率均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组生活质量（SF-36）评分及总体满意度均明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 采用延续护理用于膀胱肿瘤术后膀胱灌注中能显著提高患者治疗依从性，减少术后并发症率、降低复发率，同时，还能有效提患者满意度和生活质量，具有较高的临床应用意义，值得推广和应用。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the application effect of continuous nursing in bladder perfusion after bladder tumor surgery.
Methods: Selected 200 patients with bladder tumor after bladder instillation who were treated in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020, and divided them into two groups according to the different nursing intervention methods. The control group received routine nursing intervention (109 cases), and the observation The group received continuous nursing intervention (91 cases), and the intervention effects of the two groups were compared.

At the same time, it can also effectively improve patients' satisfaction and quality of life. It has clinical application significance and is worthy of promotion and application.
