飞行员疗养期间心理保健工作实践

摘要

目的 探讨观察飞行员疗养期间心理保健工作效果。方法 2020年9月到2021年8月，选取100例进行疗养的飞行员进行临床研究，通过单双数法分组，每组有50例飞行员。一组是对照组，采用常规保健；一组是观察组，联合心理保健。统计两组的心理症状评分（躯体化、人际关系、强迫、焦虑、抑郁、敌对性、偏执、恐怖以及精神病性）与生活满意度评分（有热情与冷漠、愿望和目标的实现、决定与不屈服、自我评价、心境），并进行比较分析。结果 保健后观察组心理症状评分低于对照组，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。保健后观察组生活满意度评分高于对照组，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 飞行员疗养期间实施心理保健，可有效改善心理症状，提高生活满意度，值得推广应用。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the effect of mental health care for military pilots during convalescence.
Methods: from May to 2021,2020,100 military pilots were selected for a clinical study and divided into odd and even groups with 50 military pilots in each group. One group is the control group, using conventional health care; the other group is the observation group, combined mental health care. The scores of psychological symptoms (Somatization, interpersonal relationship, compulsion, anxiety, depression, hostility, paranoia, terror and psychosis) and life satisfaction (passion and indifference, realization of desire and goal, decision and unyielding, self-evaluation, mood) were analyzed, and do a comparative analysis.
Results: the Psychological Symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (p < 0.05). The Life Satisfaction score of the Observation Group was higher than that of the control group (p < 0.05).
Conclusion  : Mental Health Care for military pilots during convalescence can effectively improve psychological symptoms and enhance life satisfaction. It is worth popularizing.
