摘要
目的 讨论在胸外科中实施人性化护理干预方式对护理质量的实际影响。方法 研究中共选取152例胸外科患者进行对比试验，随机分为对照与观察两组，每组76例患者，前者实行常规护理，后者采取人性化护理，对比两组患者的临床指标及满意度。结果 在经过对比后得出，实施人性化护理干预的观察组住院时间、并发症及不良反应发生率明显较低，生活、心理质量都有所提升，总体满意度也高于对照组。（P＜0.05）。结论 人性化护理与常规护理方式相比，其更具有全面性，且符合患者心理需求，在护理效果上也明显较优。

Abstract
Objective: To discuss the actual impact of humanized nursing interventions on the quality of nursing in thoracic surgery. Methods: A total of 152 patients in thoracic surgery were selected for a comparative test in the study, and they were randomly divided into control and observation two groups. Each group of 76 patients, the former practiced routine care, the latter adopted humanized care, and the clinical indicators and satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared. Spend. Results: After comparison, it is concluded that the length of hospitalization, the incidence of complications and adverse reactions in the observation group who implemented humanized nursing intervention was significantly lower, the quality of life and mentality were improved, and the overall satisfaction was also higher than that of the control group. (P<0.05). Conclusion : Compared with conventional nursing methods, humanized nursing is more comprehensive, meets the psychological needs of patients, and has significantly better nursing effects.
