Observation on the effect of accelerated rehabilitation nursing in the perioperative period of orthopedic patients
加速康复护理在骨科患者围术期的应用效果观察

摘要

目的 探讨在骨科患者围术期中加速康复护理的应用效果。方法 我院骨科收治手术患者为纳入分析对象的主要方向，主要选取时间为2020年5月至2021年5月，选取人数为90例。为了深入了解加速康复护理的应用效果，运用分组对比的方法，将所有患者进行计算机随机排序，根据入院的先后顺序，将患者纳入研究开始阶段设置的研究组和参照组中，每个小组中的人数相等均为（45例），分别使用不同的护理方法，既加速康复护理、常规护理方案，使用以上方法后需要对患者的临床情况及信息详细的观察，并将患者的临床指标和并发症发生率作为研究的主要数据进行记录，同时将上述数据对比后分析。结果 据研究结果分析得知，研究组患者的住院时间和住院费用均少于参照组，数据比较（P＜0.05）说明差异有统计学意义。参照组并发症发生率明显高于研究组｛24.44%（11/45）比6.67%（3/45）}，该结果相比，研究组具有优势，差异十分显著，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在骨科患者围术期，采用加速康复护理模式，能够有效地提高患者的治疗效果，同时减少并发症的发生，对患者的康复有着积极作用，可在今后护理中广泛应用。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the application effect of accelerated rehabilitation nursing in orthopedic patients during the perioperative period.
Methods: The surgical patients admitted to the Department of Orthopedics in our hospital were the main direction for inclusion in the analysis. The main selection time was from May 2020 to May 2021, and the number of selected patients was 90 cases. In order to understand the application effect of accelerated rehabilitation care, we used the method of group comparison to randomly sort all patients by computer. According to the order of admission, the patients were included in the study group and reference group set at the beginning of the study. The number of people is equal (45 cases), and different nursing methods are used, which not only accelerate rehabilitation care and conventional nursing programs. After using the above methods, it is necessary to observe the patient's clinical condition and information in detail, and to check the patient's clinical indicators and complications The incidence rate is recorded as the main data of the study, and the above-mentioned data is compared and analyzed.
Results: According to the analysis of the research results, the length of hospitalization and hospitalization expenses of the patients in the study group were less than those in the reference group. The comparison of data (P<0.05) indicated that the difference was statistically significant. The incidence of complications in the reference group was significantly higher than that in the study group {24.44% (11/45) vs. 6.67% (3/45)}. Compared with the results, the study group has advantages, the difference is very significant and statistically significant (P< 0.05).
Conclusion  : In the perioperative period of orthopedic patients, the accelerated rehabilitation nursing mode can effectively improve the treatment effect of the patients and reduce the occurrence of complications. It has a positive effect on the rehabilitation of patients and can be widely used in future nursing.
