Analysis of the influence of nursing intervention on blood pressure level of hypertension patients
护理干预体检人群高血压患者血压水平的影响分析

摘要

目的 探究分析在体检人群高血压患者中积极施行综合护理干预的效果及对患者血压的影响。方法 在2018年6月到2020年6月这一时间段到本院进行体检的高血压患者中抽取80例纳入观察对象，通过随机数字表法将所有的患者分为参照组和研究组，各40例。所有患者分别施行常规疾病护理和综合护理干预，对比两组高血压患者的护理依从评分、自护能力、血压情况。结果 研究组高血压患者接受了综合护理干预后，护理依从评分从（51.61±2.40）提高到了（86.07±3.18）分，显著高于参照组患者的（73.74±3.15）分，患者的自护能力评分也显著高于参照组，患者的舒张压与收缩压护理后分别为（103.82±2.81）mmHg和（85.91±1.44）mmHg，显著低于参照组的（136.40±2.36）mmHg和（92.36±1.62）mmHg，组间对比，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 综合护理干预应用于体检人群高血压患者的效果十分确切，能够提高患者的自我管理能力和依从性，优化患者的血压指标，具有较高的临床适用价值。

Abstract

Objective: To explore and analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on hypertension patients in physical examination population and its influence on blood pressure.
Methods: from June 2018 to June 2020, 80 patients with hypertension were selected from our hospital for physical examination, and they were randomly divided into control group and study group, 40 cases in each group. All patients were given routine disease nursing and comprehensive nursing intervention, and the nursing compliance score, self-care ability and blood pressure of the two groups were compared.
Results: after the comprehensive nursing intervention, the nursing compliance score of the study group increased from (51.61±2.40) to (86.07±3.18), which was significantly higher than that of the reference group (73.74±3.15), and the self-care ability score of the patients was also significantly higher than that of the reference group. The diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the patients were (103.82±2.81) mmHg and (85.91±1.44) mmHg respectively, Significantly lower than the reference group (136.40±2.36) mmHg and (92.36±1.62) mmHg, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on hypertension patients in physical examination population is very exact, which can improve the self-management ability and compliance of patients, optimize the blood pressure index of patients, and has high clinical application value.
