摘要

目的 探究在ICU重症患者治疗期间采取营养支持护理的应用效果。方法 选取于2019年3月至2020年3月在我院ICU进行治疗的80例重症患者作为研究对象,根据治疗顺序将患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规护理方式,观察组采取营养支持护理,对比两组患者的护理效果、护理满意度以及不良反应。结果 给予营养支持护理的观察组患者,其ICU的入住时长短于对照组,而血清白蛋白和体质量指数均高于对照组,表明观察组护理效果更好,同时相较于对照组而言,观察组患者不良反应率更低、护理满意度更高(p<0.05)。结论 在ICU重症患者治疗期间采取营养支持护理可以有效缩短患者在ICU的入住时间、降低不良反应率以及提高患者护理满意度,护理效果更好,值得临床使用推广。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the application effect of nutritional support nursing during the treatment of ICU severe patients.
Methods: 80 cases of severe patients who were treated in ICU of our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects. According to the treatment order, the patients were divided into control group and observation group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given nutritional support nursing. The nursing effect, nursing satisfaction and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.
Results: the length of ICU stay of the observation group was longer than that of the control group, while the serum albumin and body mass index were higher than those of the control group, indicating that the nursing effect of the observation group was better, and the adverse reaction rate and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : nutrition support nursing can effectively shorten the ICU stay time, reduce the adverse reaction rate and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients during the treatment of ICU severe patients, and the nursing effect is better, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
