The value of health education and nursing satisfaction in gastric ulcer nursing
胃溃疡护理中实施健康教育的价值及护理满意度分析

摘要

目的 探究分析胃溃疡护理中实施健康教育的价值及患者对于护理的满意度。方法 选取我院于2018年3月至2019年6月所收治的60例胃溃疡患者作为本次研究的样本对象，通过随机数表法的方式将其划分为两组：观察组以及对照组，每组人数各30例。其中对照组患者应用普通常规的护理管理，而观察组的患者则应用基于常规护理干预之上的健康教育护理。对比分析两组患者的预后生活质量情况以及对于护理的满意度。结果 相较于对照组，观察组的预后生活质量改善状况明显更好，P＜0.05；且观察组对于护理的满意度显著高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 针对胃溃疡患者采用健康教育护理干预可以有效提升患者对于疾病的相关知识掌握程度并使得患者更加重视、配合治疗，改善了患者的生活质量也使得患者的满意度得到有效提升，临床上具有优秀的应用价值。

Abstract

Objective: To explore and analyze the value of health education in gastric ulcer nursing and patients' satisfaction with nursing.
Methods: 60 patients with gastric ulcer in our hospital from March 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the sample objects of this study, and they were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing management, while the observation group was given health education nursing based on routine nursing intervention. The prognosis, quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed.
Results: compared with the control group, the quality of life in the observation group was significantly better, P<0.05; And the satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, P<0.05.
Conclusion  : for patients with gastric ulcer, health education and nursing intervention can effectively improve the patients' mastery of disease-related knowledge, make the patients pay more attention to and cooperate with the treatment, improve the quality of life of patients, and also make the patients' satisfaction effectively improved, which has excellent clinical application value.
