Application analysis of predictive nursing guidance model in orthopedic nursing
预见性护理指引模式在骨科护理中的应用分析

摘要

目的 研究骨科患者运用预见性护理指引的效果。方法 本次研究需要选取骨科患者，病例数66例，纳入时间段2020年3月～2020年8月。为了提升研究效果，采用分组式结果分析，患者平均分为观察组（n=33例）与对照组（n=33例），组别不同运用的护理对策不同，对照组患者运用常规护理方式，观察组患者采用预见性护理指引模式，研究期间需要护理人员做好记录工作，重点记录患者并发症发生率、护理满意度。结果 运用预见性护理指引的观察组骨科患者，并发症发生率为6.06%，明显低于对照组骨科患者并发症发生率27.27%，组间差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 为了降低骨科患者压疮、坠积性肺炎发生率，本次研究对骨科患者实施预见性护理指引，结果显示患者并发症发生率明显降低，护理满意度有效提升，可在临床推广运用。

Abstract

Objective: To study the effect of predictive nursing guidelines for orthopedic patients.
Methods: This study needs to select orthopedic patients, the number of cases is 66, and the period of inclusion is from March 2020 to August 2020. In order to improve the research effect, the grouped results analysis was adopted. Patients were equally divided into observation group (n=33 cases) and control group (n=33 cases). Different groups used different nursing strategies. The control group used conventional nursing methods. Patients in the observation group adopted a predictive nursing guideline model. During the study period, nursing staff needed to make records, focusing on the incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction.
Results: The complication rate of orthopedic patients in the observation group using predictive nursing guidelines was 6.06%, which was significantly lower than the 27.27% complication rate of orthopedic patients in the control group. There was a significant difference between the groups (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : In order to reduce the incidence of pressure ulcers and falling pneumonia in orthopedic patients, this study implemented predictive nursing guidelines for orthopedic patients. The results showed that the incidence of complications was significantly reduced, and nursing satisfaction was effectively improved, which can be used in clinical applications.
