Application effect of self-examination mode of hidden safety hazard in nursing risk management of operating room
安全隐患自查模式在手术室护理风险管理中的应用效果

摘要

目的 对手术室护理风险管理中安全隐患自查模式的应用价值进行研究。方法 本次实验对象为手术室患者，共计88例，本次实验在2019年10月初开始实施，正式结束时间为2021年4月。随机编号结果的奇偶性为本次实验的分组依据，对照组患者实施常规手术室护理风险管理模式，实验组患者在手术室护理风险管理中应用安全隐患自查模式，统计两组手术室护理风险事件出现情况、患者护理认可度，并进行比较分析。结果 深入细致的分析本次实验，27.27%及4.55%分别为对照组及实验组手术室护理风险事件出现概率，组间数据进行比较，对照组较高，差异较为凸显，（p＜0.05）；全面分析本次实验，77.27%及95.45%分别为对照组及实验组患者护理认可度，组间数据进行比较，对照组较低，差异较为凸显，（p＜0.05）。结论 在手术室护理风险管理中安全隐患自查模式有着较高的应用价值，其能够有效提高手术室护理风险管理的水平，在减少护理风险事件出现、提高患者护理认可度方面表现优异。

Abstract

Objective: To study the application value of the self-examination model of hidden dangers in nursing risk management of operating room.
Methods: The subjects of this experiment were patients in the operating room, with a total of 88 patients. The experiment started in early October 2019 and officially ended in April 2021. The parity of the random number results is the grouping basis for this experiment. The control group patients implemented the routine operating room nursing risk management model, and the experimental group patients applied the safety hazard self-examination model in the operating room nursing risk management, and the two groups of operating room nursing risks were counted. The occurrence of the incident, the recognition of patient care, and a comparative analysis.
Results: In-depth and detailed analysis of this experiment, 27.27% and 4.55% were the control group and the experimental group's operating room nursing risk events, respectively. Comparing the data between the groups, the control group was higher, and the difference was more prominent, (p<0.05); Comprehensive analysis of this experiment, 77.27% and 95.45% were respectively the control group and the experimental group patient care recognition, the comparison of the data between the groups, the control group is lower, the difference is more prominent, (p<0.05).
Conclusion  : The self-examination model of hidden dangers in operating room nursing risk management has high application value. It can effectively improve the level of nursing risk management in operating room, and has excellent performance in reducing the occurrence of nursing risk events and improving patient care acceptance.
