摘要

目的 研究在骨科患者护理中采用快速康复护理的疗效。方法 本研究开始于2019年2月，结束于2020年4月，研究期间选择本院骨科骨折患者共计120例作为主要的分析对象，为了深入了解快速康复护理的具体疗效，本次研究采取对比的方法，将所有患者按照比例随机分为观察组和对照组，将常规护理方法应用到对照组患者的护理过程中，将快速康复护理应用到观察组患者的护理过程中，并对比两组患者的并发症发生几率和患者满意度。结果 经过对两组患者采取不同护理方式进行对比后发现，观察组患者并发症发生率为6.66%，对照组患者并发发生率为23.33%，观察组患者明显低于对照组；且观察组患者的满意度为98.33%，对照组患者满意度为73.33%，观察组患者明显高于对照组，差异符合统计学意义的评价标准（P＜0.05）。结论 在骨科患者护理中应用快速护理康复可以有效的降低患者的并发症发病率，同时提升患者的满意度，值得在临床中推广及应用。

Abstract

Objective: To study the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing in the nursing of orthopedic patients.
Methods: This study started in February 2019 and ended in April 2020. During the study period, a total of 120 orthopedic fracture patients in our hospital were selected as the main analysis objects. In order to gain an in-depth understanding of the specific effects of rapid rehabilitation care, this study adopted comparison According to the method, all patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the proportion, and routine nursing methods were applied to the nursing process of patients in the control group, and rapid rehabilitation nursing was applied to the nursing process of patients in the observation group, and the two groups of patients were compared The incidence of complications and patient satisfaction.
Results: After comparing the two groups of patients with different nursing methods, it was found that the incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.66%, the incidence of complications in the control group was 23.33%, and the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group; The satisfaction rate of patients in the control group was 98.33%, and the satisfaction rate of patients in the control group was 73.33%. The patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference met the statistically significant evaluation criteria (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : The application of rapid nursing rehabilitation in the nursing of orthopedic patients can effectively reduce the incidence of complications of patients, and at the same time improve the satisfaction of patients. It is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
